Enrollment
Thank you for deciding to enroll with Bridge Gate Community Schools for the next school year! To complete a paper application, please click the download button for the particular school you are interested in below and return it to the school. Applications can be received at the school M-F 8:00am - 3:30pm.
Documents required for enrollment are:
State-issued identification (parent and/or student)
Student's birth certificate
Proof of address (i.e. current utility bill, current lease, bank statement, etc.)
Proof of income (students 18 and over)
Current vaccination record
Student's official transcripts
Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended
Proof of guardianship, if applicable
